Foreverland enters the charts
"Lucky Number Seven
Hello Everyone,
I've still got this hideous lurgy (a word which I have just discovered was coined by the Goons!?), so don't get too close to this message. Having said that, I'm feeling a whole lot better since I heard that Foreverland has gone in the UK chart at No.7!!!!!! And the Irish chart at 3!!!! That's the highest we've ever had, not counting the Best Of (and they don't count...) Not bad for an old codger, eh.
But credit where credit is due. YOU GUYS! Profound thanks to each and every one of you who purchased my eleventh tome. You have made me the happiest man in all of County Kildare. Not to mention more confident that I'll be able to keep doing this crazy job for many years to come. I look forward to seeing you all in person on our upcoming tour, which I hereby christen the 'Forever-and-ever-land Tour' because of its size.
Enjoy the record!
