New Single: How Can You Leave Me On My Own

Aug, 2016

We're thrilled to present the second release from our new album Foreverland.

How Can You Leave Me On My Own will be available to download and stream from midnight (UK) on Friday 26th August!

Anyone who pre-ordered the digital format of Foreverland from the Pledge Music store or iTunes will be sent the single! You can also stream How Can You Leave Me On My Own at Spotify and Apple Music

The song was described by Mojo in their 4 Star album review as:

"a cracking 70’s pop-influenced expose of man-home-alone foibles"
Mojo Magazine

The track is taken from the new album Foreverland which will be released on Friday 2nd September. Written, arranged and produced by Neil Hannon, it is a byzantine patchwork of love, longing and imperial ambition.

"it's about meeting your soul mate and living happily ever after... and then what comes after happily ever after"
Neil Hannon

Neil will be in-store at Rough Trade East on Friday 2nd September for a Q&A, acoustic and signing session. It's wristband-only entry by pre-ordering the album/wristband bundle or buying a copy on the day. Be quick, as places are limited!
